THE PLATFORM

Clear Priorities. Real Solutions. A Stronger Kansas.

This campaign is built on practical ideas that strengthen Kansas from the ground up—starting with education, health, and economic opportunity.

Rebuilding Kansas Education

Strong public schools are the foundation of healthy communities and a strong economy.

My plan focuses on restoring excellence and equity across Kansas education. We will raise teacher pay to rank in the top 25 nationally and improve benefits to attract and retain great educators. Every public school student will receive two healthy meals each day, and we’ll fully fund tuition for Kansas junior colleges and technical schools.

We’ll reduce administrative bloat, invest more in teachers and support staff, and create learning environments that set students up for real success.

Public dollars should stay in public schools—no vouchers, no privatization, and no tax breaks that pull resources away from Kansas classrooms.

Key Priorities

  • Raise teacher pay to rank in the top 25 nationally

  • Improve teacher benefits, including healthcare and time in the classroom

  • Fully fund tuition for Kansas junior colleges and technical schools

  • Provide two healthy meals daily for all public school students

  • Eliminate cell phone use during school hours

  • Reduce administrative bloat and invest in teachers and support staff

  • Keep public funds in public schools—oppose vouchers and privatization

  • Ensure fair and consistent standards in school athletics

  • Evaluate school size to support better student outcomes

A Healthier Kansas

Kansas needs to shift from treating illness to building a culture of health, fitness, and personal responsibility.

Kansas needs to shift from treating illness to building a culture of health, fitness, and personal responsibility.

My plan prioritizes prevention, wellness, and access. We will implement daily physical education in public schools, promote farm-to-table nutrition, and take a more proactive approach to tackling obesity as a core public health issue.

We’ll support personal freedom in healthcare decisions while working to reduce long-term costs through healthier lifestyles and stronger community habits. By investing in prevention and education, we can build a healthier Kansas from the ground up.

Key Priorities

  • Daily physical education for all public school students

  • Eliminate padded football for children under age 13

  • Promote farm-to-table nutrition in schools

  • Address obesity as a primary public health issue

  • Support personal freedom in healthcare decisions

  • Shift focus from treating illness to building a culture of health and wellness

Building a Stronger Kansas Economy

Kansas shouldn’t have to chase business—we should build the kind of place businesses want to be part of.

Kansas shouldn’t have to chase business—we should build the kind of place businesses want to be part of.

Our central location already puts us at the crossroads of American commerce. But what truly sets us apart isn’t geography—it’s our priorities. When Kansas leads in education, when our communities are healthier, and when our workforce is skilled and supported, we become a destination—not a negotiation.

It’s time to stop giving away massive tax breaks to out-of-state corporations. Instead, we invest in what actually drives long-term growth: strong schools, a capable workforce, and thriving local communities.

That’s how Kansas becomes a magnet for innovation—not by chasing companies, but by building a state worth joining.

Key Priorities

  • Legalize marijuana and reinvest tax revenue into education and health programs

  • Reform the corporate tax code and eliminate excessive incentives for out-of-state corporations

  • Prioritize Kansas-based businesses through balanced taxation and supportive regulation

  • Focus on long-term economic growth—not short-term political tax cuts

Investing in Kansas

Strong infrastructure is the foundation of a growing economy and thriving communities.

Kansas should invest in itself—using local labor, modern systems, and forward-thinking energy solutions that support long-term growth and sustainability.

By strengthening infrastructure and embracing smarter, more efficient systems, we can create jobs, reduce waste, and build a more resilient future for Kansas.

Key Priorities

  • Invest in infrastructure projects using Kansas labor

  • Support wind and solar energy development

  • Reduce plastic use and promote sustainable practices statewide

  • Transition Kansas government operations to a more efficient, paperless system

Accountable Leadership

Government should be transparent, responsible, and focused on the people it serves.

Kansas deserves leadership that prioritizes integrity over politics—making decisions based on long-term impact, not short-term gain. This means creating systems that are accessible, fair, and built to support hardworking individuals and families.

A stronger Kansas requires smart investment, clear accountability, and leadership that puts people first.

Key Priorities

  • Limit the use of executive orders and pardons as political tools

  • Make voting more accessible while maintaining secure and reliable systems

  • Support practical, balanced immigration policies that are both secure and humane

  • Focus on long-term investment and growth—not austerity or short-term cuts
